First click on one of the downloads on the bottom of the page. VGO can take a while to download. This should all be in English, so at the end you just need to click run to get started.

When you open the program you get a login page, you are not allowed to register a Chinese email, so make sure you dont touch a thing and just click on the orange button near the bottom of the screen.

This will login as anonymous. When you get into the program you will see the channle list, just click on one to start buffering.
